Steel City Hacks is back again for the 2023-2024 winter season!
Theme
Winter, with its serene beauty, also poses distinctive challenges to mental and physical well-being. In this category, we extend a warm invitation to participants to delve into the winter wonderland and channel their creativity toward crafting solutions that not only prioritize but elevate the overall wellness of individuals during the winter season, with a special emphasis on cold climates.
We seek designs for applications or products that not only inspire an active lifestyle but also foster a sense of community and connection during the winter months. The primary goal of this challenge is to reimagine and redefine the winter experience, making it a time of not only physical activity but also mental rejuvenation and social engagement. Participants are encouraged to envision innovative solutions that address the unique health and well-being needs presented by winter conditions. Be as specific as possible when developing your idea! Our ideathon requires no coding whatsoever and emphasizes creativity and problem-solving abilities.
